A Keep On Pushing Moment: Have Faith
“It is lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges” ~ Muhammad Ali
I can definitely relate to this quote from the GOAT—The Greatest Of All Time. When I look back on some of the major accomplishments of my life, I know that I was able to achieve them because I simply believed. I believed in myself and in my ability to get it done.
To get from where we are to where we want to be, we undoubtedly have to overcome numerous challenges.
Getting out of our comfort zone is a challenge but it has to bee done.
We have to get past our fears and deal with all sorts of setbacks and disappointments.
Now, when you believe, it doesn’t mean that the fear simply goes away and the challenges disappear. Believing in yourself really means that you’ve accepted that you might fail and that the journey will be difficult.
But you know in your gut that you have the strength and resilience to pick yourself, dust yourself off, learn from the experience and to try again. Your belief is a certainty —a knowing that if you give of your best effort, it will somehow pay dividends.
This has been a keep on pushing moment.
